I am the research assistant of the SCIL. As such, my job has many aspects:

  • Research work on various projects, in collaboration with Maxime Descoteaux, the students and other collaborators.
  • Development work on various tools used or developed by the lab: the Fibernavigator, the Tractometer, and other internal tools.
  • Various laboratory management tasks.

I am a very curious person. My main research interests are medical image processing and computer graphics.

I obtained my Master’s degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Digital Imaging Science under the supervision of Pierre-Marc Jodoin, at the Université de Sherbrooke. At the time, my research focused on stereovision, stereoscopic cinema and image-based rendering. The title of my master’s thesis is “Stereoscopic Reconfiguration for 3D Displays”. Before that, I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Imaging Science, still at the Université de Sherbrooke.

In the autumn semester of 2012, I taught the IMN528 – Image Synthesis course.
