Sherbrooke Connectivity Imaging Lab

The Tractometer is our online evaluation system for tractography. It has been used in various challenges. Code of the ISMRM 2015 tractography challenge can be seen here.

The SCIL is contributing to DIPY.

Scilpy is the internal Diffusion Imaging processing library used at the SCIL. It contains most of the methods developed and published in our papers. If you want access, please email Maxime Descoteaux.

The SCIL has contributed to, and highly recommends, MI-Brain as a visualization and interaction tool for Diffusion MRI and neuroimaging datasets.

Previously, most of the visualization developments of the SCIL were implemented in the FiberNavigator. Development and improvements are now handled by Maxime Chamberland, Ph.D., on his Fibernavigator fork.

The CaveFibers project is a student project done as a collaboration between the SCIL and the Université de Sherbrooke's Laboratoire d'Immersion et d'interaction humaine. Its goal was to create a tractography immersive visualization environment in the CAVE-like system of the Université de Sherbrooke. You can watch a video of the project in action here.
